Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thanks for shopping with us! Every item is made just for you, which helps reduce waste and keeps our quality high. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship your order.


Processing Time

All products are made to order.
Most orders are printed and packed within 2–5 business days.

During busy seasons (like holidays), processing time may be slightly longer, but we’ll always work to get your order out as quickly as possible.


Delivery Time

Once your order is fulfilled, it ships directly from one of our production partners.

Typical delivery times:

  • United States: 3–9 business days after shipping

  • Express Shipping (U.S. only): 1–3 business days after shipping (if available at checkout)

  • International: Times vary by destination, but most orders arrive in 7–21 business days

Delivery = Processing Time + Shipping Time.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location, the items in your order, and the shipping method you select.

We never inflate shipping costs — you pay exactly what our carrier calculates, plus any applicable handling fees shown at checkout.


Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or through shop.app.
You can use it anytime to follow your package’s journey.


Mixed Orders

If your order includes items fulfilled by different locations or partners, they may ship separately. This won’t cost you extra unless noted at checkout.


Wrong Address / Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If there’s a mistake, contact us as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to update it before the order ships.

If your package is marked “Delivered” but you can’t find it, check your mailbox, porch, neighbors, or building office first. If it’s still missing, reach out to us and we’ll help you investigate.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If something arrives damaged or not quite right, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
We’ll replace it at no cost to you.


Returns & Exchanges

Because each product is made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for wrong size/color preferences.
However, we always replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
